Pat's was fantastic! They made a special effort to accommodate my daughter's entire softball team and their families, around 60 people in total. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly! If we ever return to Laredo, we will definitely make a point to visit again!
Although I wasn't born in the 1950s, this diner truly gave me a warm, cozy, and nostalgic feeling! The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was served hot, quickly, and it was delicious! The place was also remarkably clean, well-decorated, and refreshing. I can't wait to share this experience with my family and go back again soon!
Great hidden gem!! The 50s Diner atmosphere is excellent!! Just came in for an appetizer and a milkshake. I had the loaded fries with shredded chicken. The fries were perfectly cooked and loaded with all sorts of goodies!! Wash that down with a vanilla milkshake with espresso and you got yourself a stellar lunch!! Their burger and tots looked excellent too!! Pat will treat you like family in his establishment!!
Been Laredo for 5 days and wanted just old fashioned American food. Found this on Google because there is NO WAY to see it from the road. I have drove past here at least 15 times this week and never saw it. HIDDEN GEM. It's tucked away in a strip mall and behind a cute dinner window logo and when you walk in... It's like a little time capsule. We both had burgers and Fry's. Both liked them and they sure filled us up because we wanted milkshakes but NO WAY after that. My burger was good. Better than most burger joints but not a blow your head off juicy mega burger. At 18 bucks plus tip it was average. Sure makes me appreciate 30 burger in Texarkana even more. This is a welcome meal for a NETexas man who is done with Tacos for awhile. Clean, exceptionally friendly and good food. I will come by for breakfast before I leave town... I hope. I recomend it and WILL be back.
