We have been going to this establishment for years now. Every time we visit we go in party of six or more. We ALWAYS CONSUME MORE THAN $100 each time. When we w... read more We have been going to this establishment for years now. Every time we visit we go in party of six or more. We ALWAYS CONSUME MORE THAN $100 each time. When we went into the facility today we we four walking in and we were told to sit where we wouldlike. There were only four tables serving customers at that time, meaning ALL the other tables were available. We walkedstraight to the middle of the restaurant and sat on a table of six chairs because we were waiting for two other coworkers. Wewere immediately asked to get up by the waiter and told we had to sit on a table with four chairs not six. So we got up andwent to a corner booth and once again we were told we could not sit there either. By this time we were embarrassed and decidedto walk out of the establishment. I called the establishment and asked to speak to manager to complain of the way they made usfeel, I was able to speak to Mr Alberto Lopez the owners brother who was very rude talking over me, letting me know we wereonly four at our party and that they had an event scheduled at noon which was an hour before their event started. We were inour early lunch hour. We would of been out of there by the time their event started. I asked him how he could treat hiscustomers that way and he kept talking over me. I am sorry but no customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. Igive this fácil a one star because I am not able to give it less.

The worse part is that once w... read more Food was over priced but that?s not even the reason I rated 1 star. They gave my mother a piña colada drink with PLASTIC crumbs !! The worse part is that once we told one of the waitress she quickly knew it was plastic without us even mentioning theplastic !!! So that tells you it?s happened before and they keep selling it. The waitress that gave us the piña collada nevercame back out outside ????She knew she messed up. Plus they still charged us for it but we told her to take it off. Here are thereceipts before and after. Never coming to this location again.
