What User doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
I used to visit this restaurant at least three times a week last month. It's a large place, but today's experience was quite disappointing. I noticed that my smoothie was not ready when I arrived, which was unusual since they typically prepare it within five minutes of ordering.
