My experience can be combined with a word ingeniously! Bre in the register was super patient, super sweet and super friendly! I can't wait to visit Michigan again. Tropical smoothie is a must to stop. Bre, if you see this, thank you for your help. You have a very bright future ahead of you.

Thanks for helping Amya and Bre today. I went in and wasn't sure what to get, and I left it on my hands to choose a smoothie for me. I guess you told me the name, but I'm sorry I forgot what it means. It was really sweet and really good. You both have an excellent job with time management and overall superior customer service. You both seemed to reject the energy of the other. You really welcomed me. Thanks again for everything.

I used to visit this restaurant at least three times a week last month. It's a large place, but today's experience was quite disappointing. I noticed that my smoothie was not ready when I arrived, which was unusual since they typically prepare it within five minutes of ordering. While waiting, I observed several employees taste testing strawberries from different containers, which seemed a bit odd. After waiting past the expected time, I asked the cashier about my order. They pointed to it and I realized it had been ready for some time, but no one had informed me. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and the employees seemed more distracted than usual.
