This is an example of a non-vegan restaurant doing vegan food right. There are plenty of vegan options. I love that this restaurant offers vegan versions of the foods it's known for such as wood fired pizza and sandwiches. Lots of non-vegan restaurants do not make sure its vegan options match the quality of the rest of its menu, but this restaurant does.
