It seemed like her manager preferred to let her struggle instead of stepping in to help when she had questions. I left her a generous tip because she was a gem who did her best to accommodate everyone. However, her manager, with the dyed red hair, might want to consider a different position!

Our waitress, Cour... read more From the moment we arrived at this Cracker Barrel location, our experience was fantastic. The greeting was warm, and we were seated promptly. Our waitress, Courtney B, was attentive, efficient, and incredibly friendly. The food was fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we returned a few days later and brought the rest of the family along!

I felt like I kept asking her for takeout boxes, lids, and cups, but she handled it with grace. The food was excellent, and my steak was cooked perfectly.

They put cold meat loaf on the hot line and sell it to people at 70 degrees they put cold corn on the line and sell it to people they leave meat out all day it’s actually disgusting. They let all the food in the freezer that before they even called someone to fix it and kept it all and sold it. The general manger had said some of the most racist things I’ve ever heard. They don’t pay good. They pay new people one dollar less then they pay 20 year staff.they only give white people raises. The staff that’s been there for 20 years is racist and the management doesn’t do anything but make it worse. I told my boss I was hot and she said usually black people like hot weather. Or I chug a Red Bull with my friend and she says bet u never chugged Against a white boy. If you eat here you will wait 30 minutes for your food and it will be burnt or raw. I’ve seen the mangers sell the worse food I’ve ever seen. And the general manger is sleeping with one of the cooks who has a brain disorder. The general manger constantly steals tips from servers.
