On my first bite of the jalapeño, onion, spinach, and cheese Stromboli, I could really taste the freshness of the dough—it was perfectly baked. The cheese wasn’t overly chewy, which is a sign of high-quality mixed cheeses. The spinach and onions were cooked just right, although there was a strong vinegary aroma, likely from the jalapeños, which made the Stromboli a bit challenging to eat. I also had the Quattro Cheese Pizza ($13), and let me tell you—this was a delight! It was generously stuffed with a blend of Mozzarella, Feta, Pecorino Romano, and Cheddar cheese, which was absolutely delicious. As for the service, it was decent considering they were quite busy and short-staffed. My order took about 15 minutes to prepare. Parking was easy since it's located in a shopping center. Overall, I would definitely come back—I’d just make sure to request toppings that aren’t from a can.
