This McDonald’s location has faced significant service challenges recently, with long lines and disorganized staff leading to customer frustration. Many patrons noted rude interactions, especially with a particular employee frequently exhibiting a negative demeanor. Additionally, inaccuracies in orders—such as missing items and cold food—have further tarnished the experience. On the upside, some guests highlighted the accessibility of restrooms without purchase codes, a welcome relief during travel. While the food remains consistent with McDonald's standards, the overall environment, including instances of homelessness nearby, has contributed to a less-than-ideal dining atmosphere. Many vow not to return.

There were 7 people hanging around the counter inculding two managers but there was only one line open that was backed up. One guy manager left looking at us in this long line as he passed and said nothing,the woman manager loudly speaking to her crew trying to get them organized they weren't listening to her just standing around talking.When a young lady did open another line she wasn't paying attention to what I ordered had to tell her twice she had to get the manager because didn't no how to conduct the transaction. I paid with my card she slams my receipt on counter. I get my food which was dine in it was in a bag fine. I get to the table they were disgusting no one had clean that table all day had to clean myself on top of that my food wasn't hot. I will not be going back ever would have given a ZERO if I could.
During a long journey, having access to a clean bathroom is invaluable, especially when traffic causes delays on your planned route. We first tried stopping at Burger King, but to use their restroom, you needed a code obtained after making a purchase. Unfortunately, there was no one at the cash registers to assist me. In contrast, my experience at McDonald's was much more pleasant. There were no codes required to access the restroom, and there was a cashier ready to take my order right away!
The food is typical McDonalds quality and the service is fine. The atmosphere was a bit down as there was a homeless person wandering around and asking for money. Not the fault of McDonald's of course but next time I will just use the drive thru.
I placed a mobile order, and it took almost 30 minutes for me to receive my food after I arrived at the restaurant. So much for “fast food”!
