Good quality food, you can tell they use fresh and quality ingredients. Customer service above par, every singlevisit I experienced happy hosts and hostesses with a simple and friendly demeanor. This experience... read more One of my favorite things on this planet is a good diner with excellent breakfast. One of the things I can?t stand the most is horrible service. This experience tonight was the epitome of horrible service and if I was the owner, I?d be embarrassed. Theplace is dead, 10 tables with people at them tops. However, it?s a huge staff on duty, I?ve counted 12 different workers outfront and I haven?t accounted for anyone in the back. Three servers rolling silverware. Two on their phone. One flirting with aguy at the counter since I?ve been here. Took 10 minutes to get seated and only after I asked if I could seat myself. Thiswasn?t because it was busy, it definitely wasn?t busy. No one but me waiting for a seat. It was due to no hostess at the front,they had to go find her. The plethora of staff just stare at you rather than provide good service. 25 minutes later I finallygot a server to come take my drink order. Didn?t get my drink for another 20 mins. They brought it with my food. Food was ok. Ileft home, drove 20 minutes one way, specifically to come here and get food. I ended up wasting 2 hrs of my day. I blamemanagement 100% no one is running this ship. I?ve been to another location where it was so full of customers there was a longwait to get inside. The service was phenomenal and food was excellent. This location is the complete opposite experience.
