Even though we arrived late... read more I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating. The staff was very helpful, the food was excellent, and it was great value for money. Even though we arrived late at 8:10 pm, there was no problem getting our order sorted out quickly. The bar staff were excellent, and the chef deserves top marks.

Emily took my... read more I went back to the station promenade with my parents and we found a table. We looked at the menu and noticed some new items since our last visit. Emily took my order and was very friendly. She remembered my allergies from last time and made sure there were no issues with my order. The food arrived quickly and our waiter Alfie, who was new, was very welcoming and attentive. He had a natural charm and made sure we had everything we needed. Jack checked in on us as we were leaving and took the time to chat with us about our evening plans. He was professional, had a good sense of humor, and was hospitable. The food was excellent and the staff worked hard, cleaning tables and talking to customers. As a family, we will definitely be returning to the station promenade and highly recommend it as a great pub.
