Great food, nice lighting and music, really helpful staff. Bargain seniors menu too, £12 for 3 courses! Nice to see the place in its feet and doing well.
I'd never been here before so wasn't sure what to expect. Really good atmosphere , excellent food and friendly staff. What's not to love!
Delicious food and excellent service, we had a family meal here last night from the new evening menu, very tasty, we had the meat sharing board all the meat was cooked to perfection, I would definitely recommend and will be definitely coming back. I great country pub.
Excellent pub. Spotless, warm, friendly rustic pub. The rooms ,beds bathrooms are superb. Quiet peaceful location yet near the lakes, Kirby Lonsdale and carnforth. Food excellent . We will be back .
Called in for a drink around Saturday tea time ; apparently it has been refurbished and looks quite trendy with a log burner fire for the coming winter months, but the drinks choice wasn't for us and as is a captive audience we found it to be expensive but were advised it is average for this area we are not local)
