We went to Curiosity Corner Cafe for the first time today. There’s a great selection of homemade cakes with unusual flavours. We tried the Orange and Almond cake with passion fruit curd plus the Blackcurrant and Liquorice cakes. Both were very tasty and extremely light. Can’t wait to try some of the others.

Today, we visited the café and enjoyed coffee and cake before strolling along the seafront in Morecambe. The gingerbread with apple topping was delightful. Upon returning to Heysham Village, we revisited the café and indulged in a delicious creamy mushroom soup with lentils and basil oil. I truly adore this place and only wish it was closer to home.

We had an excellent experience at this restaurant. I enjoyed the decaf tea with almond milk, while my husband loved his latte. This was our first visit, but we will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Visited late in the day just as other places were closing. Asked if they were still open which was answered with a cheery “of course”. Tea for 2 and 1 lovely looking marshmallow pecan brownie ordered. Sitting outside with the dogs the tea duly arrived and the brownie was already cut into 2 pieces, so thoughtful. Will visit again next time

Visited this on the sort of day where you crave a hot chocolate as someone with a cow’s milk intolerance this is a very rarer commodity. Having established they had not just one type of non dairy milk but 3 I asked about their hot chocolate blend. As expected, I was told that it had dairy in it however I was also told that they could make the a special hot chocolate using cocoa. It was delicious so too marks for wonderful customer service. They were so helpful we went back later and had our lunch there which was very tasty. I would thoroughly recommend this cafe for both its food and great service.
