Second visit: 1.5 hour wait for main. Food was delicious but not sure I would wait again.

If you are in Lancaster even for just one day I would say that Blue Moon is the where you should eat. The portion sizes and very good and the sticky rice is phenomenal. The chefs are obviously very talented and as there is glass between the kitchen and restaurant (always a very good sign) you can see how expertly they prepare all the food. Fanatic and well worth a visit.

Watching traditional Thai cuisine being prepared and cooked was a fantastic addition to a beautiful, aromatic meal. We had starters of dumplings and crispy pork skewers, a hot pot main and coconut ice cream. fabulous Will be back in Lancashire purely to eat here again!
