She... read more Recently tried some amazing vegan snacks (vegan protein power bites) at this restaurant and had a great conversation with the owner, Nyisha, who was lovely. She took the time to carefully explain each ingredient to me, which was important for my health issues. Despite being busy running the shop, she was incredibly generous with her time. The protein power bites were large, delicious balls of flavorful goodness. My husband and I really enjoyed them and are looking forward to returning when we're back in town. I'm already craving more!

She informed me that the restaurant is completely vegan, offering fresh juice, smoothies, salads, soups, etc. I ordered a smoothie, fruit salad, and energy balls, all of which were delicious. I am looking forward to returning soon! P.S. They offer discounted smoothies on Fridays.

I felt refreshed, lighter, and not bloated. I spend lots of money on prescribed medications to rid myself ofunexplained headaches et al. After detoxing,and hydrating and tweaking my eating habits with the help of Ms. Hammond I am nolonger sufferring from these unexplained headaches. The people are EXTREMELY NICE, and Friendly! I did their 3 day detox and I was SHOCKED with how much I lost in just 3 day. I was down 9 pounds. I started to watch what I put in my body after the detox and so far I am down 17pounds! I will definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE! I will definitely be doing the detox again!
