It’s an amazing place to eat and drink! Kevin and Lucas are incredible chefs and the food was delicious. I would recommend to try the mixed tapas sharing plate to experience Latin food. Beatriz served us and she was really attentive and friendly. We had an amazing experience, will recommend! 10/10 View all feedback.
What AnnaW doesn't like about Cubana:
we visited for some food and drinks, the location is convenient, food options seemed interesting and they have a good value early deal, which we missed but did manage to get some happy hour drinks. quite students fare, not very sophisticated. Im not sure we are their clientele! View all feedback.
The cafe restaurant la cubana is located behind the waterloo station, in a neighbourhood called lower marsh, a historical part of london, which has been mentioned in ancient conten since 1377. this road, which is operated as a market and local shopping center, until the nineteenth century was recognized as a historic place in 1984, as an old building began to get cubana in one of them. Do not miss it, the front is huge, with a girl and other details reminded of Cuba. the interieur is tastefully decorated with objects and tropical plants. it is open until midnight (1 o'clock at the weekend) and is 5 minutes to walk from waterloo station, take the down lower marsh. each night happy hour is 5-6:30 with two tapas for 6 pfunds and cocktails begin at 2,50 pfund. Wednesday Saturday there is live salsa with music and a great atmosphere.
I'm here twice now and was blown away from the food. this mixed grill and the sides brought us back to Cuba! the flesh was tender, the sides and the salate were tasteful and the cocktail was exactly what I needed! dear dear dear dear dear dear and I love Cuba!
Visited on Tuesday shortly before 19:00 cocktails 2 for 1! the atmosphere is alive, friendly and children are made to feel welcome as a few dogs with their owners) eating is good....easy, tasty and authentic...for those who were in Cuba, they only wish that the menu was bigger! meat is qualitatiw high quality free choice/grass fed, salads fresh and cocktails are delicious. the restaurant was busy but they have our party of 4 in and we enjoyed live music, good eating and service we look forward to our next visit
At the first attempt of the Cuban cuisine, I am solid. eating is so delicious and when they go in the happy hours. drinks would buy 1 get 1 free. must visit when they are in the opposite.
More amazing place we have landed in this restaurant after a long walk from southbank, really hungry and I told myself I need proper meat . the best of all decisions. great aromas, nice drinks, friendly atmosphere and substance members. not so expensive, we have paid about 25 pfunds per person. huge portions and strong drinks, what they need more.
