I was in a box truck, so I couldn't drive through the drive-thru. When I tried to go inside, a man met me at the door and told me I could only use the drive-thru. I attempted to order at the order box but waited a long time with no response. When I walked to the window, the employee told me to go back to the order box. After going back to the order box, a woman came on and told me to come back to the window. Frustrated, I exclaimed "Geez!" and was met with a rude response from the woman. Fed up with the poor customer service, I left without ordering breakfast. It was a disappointing experience after a long run.
The restaurant has unfriendly staff, unclean floors covered in oil where guests sit, and drinks that have a bad odor.
The drive-thru experience was awful! I waited for more than 5 to 10 minutes and the service was very slow. They definitely need more help. I will not be returning to that restaurant.
Went through drive thru and was told to hold on. Came back almost 10 minutes later no one was in line but me( go figure). Had a simple order double cheeseburger and fries. Got my burger it was burned and Luke warm fries was luke warm, Just passing through so I threw it out stopped next exit up and everything was great.
Everytime we go here they are going to get something wrong with my order. This time I ordered hot mustard sauce with my meal, its on my receipt, and they gave me honey mustard. I guess the people there either can't read or don't know the difference between sweet and spicy. Usually my burgers are wrong, thankfully this time they aren't. However there is no ketchup in the bags so we'll be eating dry fries today. Yay! Avoid this place!
