Frosty mach... read more Had to give them one star because I couldn’t give them zero. Awful service, awful attitude, manager made fun of me for asking for a moment to order. Frosty machine is always “down” if it’s dark outside.

I usually like this location although they are usually out of a lot of items and the associates are hit or miss on their customer service but usually tolerable... read more I usually like this location although they are usually out of a lot of items and the associates are hit or miss on their customer service but usually tolerable but today, their rudeness was above par and when asking for a receipt, the lack of concern for the printer being out of paper was next to none. I think if she 'd rolled her eyes any harder, they would have stuck. I can usually let a lot of things go if the customer service is good as you can tell from my reviews and I always treat people with the respect I want but that definitely didn 't work today. Come on Vernon Rd Wendy 's....be better.
