This pizza is gooood! We chose the Proto Pie with Italian sausage, crushed tomato and basil the first night. The Italian sausage is sliced rather than crumbled. Went back the second night and had two more pizzas. Substituted pepperoni on one side of the Proto pie and got a Margherita pizza. Both excellent. The pepperoni was very good. Very good pizza. Always fresh and good. I wish they had more special pizzas. The menu hasn't changed in years.
Proto's is very good pizza. If you like thin-crust pizza, this has a nice selection of gourmet pizzas at a good price.
