What Rosalia Mohr doesn't like about Panang Thai Cuisine:
Really disgusting bathrooms, actually smells like death in there. Pad Thai was awful, the chef (loose term) didn 't have the ambition to actually chop the scallions so he or she just threw the entire stalks of scallion in the dish. Very low standards here for sure.
