Sh... read more I must say that during my first visit, the gentleman working was incredibly friendly. However, my experience with the female employee was quite the opposite. She was rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Whether I visited alone or as part of a large group, her behavior was consistently disappointing. I truly don't understand how she continues to work in a customer service role. Unfortunately, I'm afraid I won't be returning to Jus Chillin', and several others from my group have decided not to return as well.

I sincerely apologize for that oversight. The employee reacted by yelling at us and insisted that we leave, even though we had just purchased several cups of frozen yogurt. We apologized and left as requested. A few days later, we returned to order more frozen yogurt, and to our surprise, that same employee was discussing our previous visit with another customer, speaking negatively about us. We chose to ignore the comments and proceeded to purchase our froyo. The level of disrespect displayed by that employee was unwarranted. While we will continue to support this establishment, I felt it was important to highlight this situation.

I'm giving this restaurant 5 stars because of the great service. However, the coffee I ordered was cold, which was disappointing.
