The manager barley even acknowledges that your that and you have to wait for forever ever when it is clearly not busy. They are just not caring, I would at a small restaurant in LaPine as well so I understand the struggle with customer service and keeping up with everything but I would never EVER treat a customer the way I was treated in there, it's happened more then once to more people then just me as well, FIX YOUR STAFF!!!

We went there and waited at the window for 15+ minutes with no service, then after we decoded to place a phone order we waited 10 minutes before heading inside.... read more We went there and waited at the window for 15+ minutes with no service, then after we decoded to place a phone order we waited 10 minutes before heading inside. We then waited another 20 minutes after heading inside, so now 30 minutes, and once we got theto go food we opened it. The burgers where sloppily made and warm at best, and as well as that they where very much over cookedand dry. We got a large fry and at the bottom where a few cold tater tots so that part was confusing. The gal up front waslovely and made our shake before the food was done and made sure we where taken care of but sadly the overall experience wasvery poor. Edit: there was only 2 people. Me and my bf, so there wasn't a lot we ordered

My father and I were in town overnight and wanted good, simply and filling food. The burgers were fantastic, the toppings were super fresh and the milkshake thick and creamy. We will certainly be back when next in town.
