I had a chance to... read more I'm from out of town in La Pine for a couple of months. I've been having trouble finding good pizza until I came across Trinity's pizza truck. I had a chance to chat with her while my pizza was baking and she has some really interesting ideas forpizzas which I'm looking forward to trying. My sausage and pepperoni pizza was pretty good though I found the crust to be almostlike like matzah, dry and flavorless. I think it's a local thing as all of the pizzas I've tried are similar in this regard.That said, I look forward to returning for a pulled pork pizza. You should too!

The food truck operation, outside Shandy?s, is the way she serves up this delectable goodness. We stopped in last night, hung out with Patrick his dog Roudy and some of the regulars. Somany old school video games, and of course bowling too. Trinity and her pizza joint is truly a hidden gem! Can?t wait for herkaraoke performances on Fridays and Saturdays. Love how La Pine is getting some great venues and services, finally!!
