I wish they'd update their POS systems, as they are old and the employees seem to struggle with them at times, as well as the online ordering ability (I've had my orders not go through on several ocassions). Personally Ialso wish they had longer hours, but that may be a staffing issue. Consistent pizza quality with fresh ingredients makes itworth the bit of hassle, and they have daily specials to curb a bit of cost for the consumer.

We're so gla... read more One of the worse pizzas I've ever had. Scant toppings, what tasted like canned old sauce. We ate one slice each and the rest went in the compactor. We're so glad we had a coupon for 50% off. You just know when you see the person making the pizzameasures every ingredient carefully that your in trouble from the get go. I watched folks walking out with stakes of pizzaboxes. Yuk, good luck.

We'll definitely be returning... read more We visited Figaro's Pizza for dinner tonight (October 14, 2022) and had a great experience! They performed better than last time. We'll definitely be returning for more pizza. However, when we picked up three pizzas and breadsticks, the breadsticks didn't come with any marinara sauce. Additionally, I noticed that the man making the pizzas was not wearing gloves and was handling the dough with his bare hands. He also touched his phone and returned to the pizzas without washing his hands. On top of that, the lady at the front was rude and treated the customer behind me poorly.

I noticed that they prepared the pizza without gloves, touching the phone and then going back to finish the pizza, even rubbing the sauce in with their bare hands, which was quite unappetizing. However, after a few days, we ordered our three complimentary pizzas and they were actually really good! I spoke with the manager, who seemed genuinely committed to improving the restaurant and its staff. I think Figaro's Pizza is worth a try!

This location has become my first choice, especially with the improvements made since Betty took over as manager. A big shout out to her! The menu here is fantastic, and it keeps me coming back for more.
