Once a go-to for inexpensive subs, this neighborhood sandwich shop now struggles with inconsistent inventory, sloppily assembled sandwiches and watered-down sauces. Customers report disengaged, inexperienced staff, order cancellations and unresolved refunds, while cleanliness and management responsiveness fall short. A decent meatball sandwich remains a bright spot, but overall value and reliability have declined until service, training and quality control improve.

The prices here are higher than at other places, charging an extra $5. There's no toast, just heated meat. The staff weren't very friendly towards me, making me question why I even work here.
The establishment should really reconsider having employees who do not enjoy their jobs. The staff seems unprofessional and the customer service is quite disappointing.
I called to place an order, but they wouldn't let me do it over the phone. I used to manage multiple stores in this region, and our area managers were always clear about accepting phone orders. It seemed like the employee was just being lazy. This was my first time trying to order Subway in over a year, and it was still a disappointing experience.
They cancelled my order since didn’t have what I ordered so that was fine ordered else where but they never game me my refund and now I have gone to subway they say I need to talk to GM Sam and I have called left a message even at Wimberly where she was gonna be and yet to receive anything 32 dollars is a lot and my family could use and they just don’t care
