This place is so inconsistent it's not funny. First off, you'll notice on the reviews, no one person from the company bothers to try to make things right. They are obviously just accepting that this place is a dump no one actually takes pride in their work. Also, I'd like to make it known that you can't file a formal complaint. If you call, they claim they will take your name and number and forward it on. Lol. Suuuuuure. So today I get what should be the simplest meal. A number 1. The roll, fries, Cheese sticks were all cold. Got those as my choices, went for dinner option. The chicken strips are laughable. see attached pictures For a $13 meal, it turned out to be a $13 waste. Take the time and go somewhere that cares about their customers. This is ridiculous.

Everyone was polite and profe... read more My first experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I spent about $77 at checkout, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was polite and professional. My food was ready and brought out promptly. The server who delivered my meal was sweet and professional as well. The food was hot and fresh. I didn’t even need to check it beforehand, and when I arrived at my destination, everyone was satisfied—no mistakes, and everything was just right. Great job, everyone! I will definitely be back for another visit.

Then they full each cup with ICE and didn't adjust the price! Last time Ichecked a gallon is 154 ounces NOT 88! NOT COOL!!

I waited about 7 minutes standing there with several employees acknowledging I was there. All the time just continually taking other car orders andstacking the queue. Finally I placed a simple order and told them if anything was out,let me know as I was in a hurry. Iwaited about 10 more minutes to get served. There were literally zero cars waiting by then. To top it off, the fish wasundercooked and the hush puppy tasteless. You can do better, CE.
