The beef rib pho was outstanding, as was the rare steak and brisket pho. Both dishes were generously packed with meat. The atmosphere was relatively quiet and low-key, and watching the robot deliver food and sing was quite entertaining. Overall, a fantastic place! Food: 5/5

The restaurant features a fantastic range of authentic Vietnamese dishes, with their pho truly being the highlight. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a cozy meal with friends or family. The staff was not only friendly but also attentive, ensuring our dining experience was exceptional. Now, let’s talk about the pho: it was absolutely fantastic! The broth was rich and bursting with flavor, and the noodles were cooked just right. The variety of fresh herbs and condiments added a refreshing touch to each spoonful— I couldn’t get enough! In addition to the pho, we also sampled their spring rolls, which made for a delightful appetizer. They were crispy on the outside and packed with flavor on the inside—just the right balance. Pho You has truly mastered the art of serving delicious Vietnamese cuisine. The authentic flavors transported me back to the bustling street food stalls of Vietnam.
