Management responses to delivery issues have frustrated customers, and parking/accessible ramp navigation is awkward. Still popular with families and regulars for quick service and community events, but quality control and accessibility need attention.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and down-to-earth, and they always remember our names. The food is consistently amazing! Our favorites are the spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken soup, and the side salad. I give two thumbs up to the entire team!
The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the events are enjoyable. My daughter really loves dining at the cow-themed restaurant.
The double drive-thru lines extend beyond the parking lot, and the workers are diligently putting in their efforts in the sweltering sun. Even after five minutes, I'm still stuck in the queue!
Something was very off with my spicy chicken sandwich today. It looked almost burnt and was a dark color. Disappointed in the quality of my sandwich from this location.
Fast, fresh and friendly. Always a cornerstone for this company, still true today.Side note, would REALLY like to see the return of the Multi-grain bagel breakfast sandwich
