There’s always something missing and last time I was shorted some chicken nuggets but I let it go. Today, I purchased the BBQ sauce bottle and they sent Chickfila sauce instead. Completely avoidable if they had just bothered to check.

Claire, the manager, was informed about a large order I placed through Uber, and since I can't drive due to medical reasons, I asked for assistance. She told me to contact DoorDash for a refund. I pointed out that it was actually Uber, but she replied that it was the same situation. I didn’t ask for a refund; I just wanted my order delivered. Furthermore, she refused to help with a courtesy delivery to resolve the issue. A couple of months ago, I ordered a Cobb Salad and, to my horror, I found a fly in it. This is honestly the worst restaurant I've ever dealt with. The place is unclean, I’ve found hair in my food, and the customer service is dreadful.
