Chick-fil-a - Kyle
Chick-fil-a
Description
At this busy Chick-fil-A, friendly, fast staff and reliably tasty items (spicy chicken sandwich, soup, salads) coexist with worrisome inconsistencies: long double drive‑thru queues, recurring delivery/order errors, occasional food-safety and cleanliness problems, and a rundown, chilly interior with a problematic kids’ area. Management responses to delivery issues have frustrated customers, and parking/accessible ramp navigation is awkward. Still popular with families and regulars for quick service and community events, but quality control and accessibility need attention.

They need to start paying more attention on their delivery orders. There’s always something missing and last time I was shorted some chicken nuggets but I let it go. Today, I purchased the BBQ sauce bottle and they sent Chickfila sauce instead. Completely avoidable if they had just bothered to check.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Claire, the manager, was informed about a large order I placed through Uber, and since I can't drive due to medical reasons, I asked for assistance. She told me to contact DoorDash for a refund. I pointed out that it was actually Uber, but she replied that it was the same situation. I didn’t ask for a refund; I just wanted my order delivered. Furthermore, she refused to help with a courtesy delivery to resolve the issue. A couple of months ago, I ordered a Cobb Salad and, to my horror, I found a fly in it. This is honestly the worst restaurant I've ever dealt with. The place is unclean, I’ve found hair in my food, and the customer service is dreadful.
Parking: The drive-thru traffic is located between the entrance and the handicap parking spots, making it challenging to navigate around the cars in order to locate the wheelchair ramp.
Won’t be back to this Chick fil a location? 1)ridiculously cold inside hey, when your own behind the counter staff are wearing jackets, that should tell you something 2) it’s really rundown for a Chick’s ripped “leather” benches at tables, dirty looking kids area and the door to that play area was stuck so most little kids couldn’t open it by themselvesFood was hot and yummy so that was good. It’s just not up to the 99% high standard of other Chick fil a restaurants….
