It was my first time at Arby's, and when I went through the drive-thru, the woman asked if I was ready to order. I told her I needed a minute since I'd never been there before. She responded sarcastically with a dramatic "Oh God..." which was quite off-putting. Her rudeness throughout the interaction made for an unpleasant first experience.

Our server, Maricela, was exceptionally kind, polite, and professional. The restaurant itself was impeccably clean, and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend visiting Arby's in Kyle and asking for Maricela—she is truly wonderful!

I also really enjoyed the Jamocha shake. Regarding the service, the staff initially got my order wrong, but the manager was attentive and quickly fixed the mistake. Since I ordered takeout, I didn't get to see the seating area, but the front was very clean, and the soda station was well-kept. I could see the kitchen from the counter, and it looked clean as well. Based on my experience today, this is an excellent Arby’s, and I highly recommend stopping by!
