Good value for money, the restaurant is located in a rather insignificant road, but when they enter, they forget that they are in Germany and surrounded by grazing furniture that convey a vague feeling of Asian feeling. the menu is really wide (too wide maybe .but eating is good. also friendly staff. only strange: the floor is kind of slippery.
Here on a Saturday night for wife birthday, friendly prompt staff, the atmosphere is like back in Thailand. they eat delicious and very much full we couldn't eat everything. defines a visot if they like real Thai food with good quality. Well, eat expensive and drink. they can even get a chang thai bier
There was a time when we visited this restaurant in a week. about 20 years ago. we have recently sunk with friends for dinner. we had heard that it was still the best in the city. hhhmmm. disappointed to think how the worst are... most dishes were pretty. chic, but frankly little similarity to authentic Thai cuisine. the most basic Thai flavors were used either in minute quantities or not at all....our laab gai, it was not good! it was a strange chicken salad. where were the Thai herbs, fish sauce, chilis etc. the satay was in large pieces like most other ingredients. tl be fair, the duck was crispy, even if the sose blande. the beautiful presentation (fruit and veg carving, beautiful small dishes, individual burners) we enjoyed in the past. they can only assume that they feel that they enjoy European taste. sad, sad, sad. it's easy enough to buy all the ingredients for preparation authentic Thai dishes in the carpenter sky only know why they are not used. looks like it's back in my own kitchen for our Thai food.
We were disappointed. we have been in thailand some times, love the thai kitchen and someone recommended that restaurant. it was expensive but not good.
