The waitresses, however, did a great job, but never again! We haven't been treated this badly in a long time – Elsa is a no-go!

I especially like that you can not only party here, but also just chat with friends in peace. No stress, no rush, just a great atmosphere, good people, and good drinks. If you've been here once, you'll definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The waitress, however, tried very hard to rectify the situation. Never again, just embarrassing.

Just before it was our turn, someone shouted loudly that they were stopping serving at the bar and would only be serving at the tables. We waited there again until we could finally order. The drinks themselves didn't arrive for another 20 minutes, and it was only Kölsch. We definitely won't be coming back.

The service, as a whole, was very sluggish and unmotivated. A request for another chair was dismissed with the spiteful question of whether one wasn 't from Cologne. Apparently, due to the public order office, one wasn 't allowed to serve on the terrace after 10 p.m., even though it was full. A lackluster atmosphere was caused by the high customer frequency. The drinks in this bar tasted either of nothing or like sour chewing gum. Those who are willing to take a high risk to life and limb and aren 't afraid of confrontation are definitely in the right place.
