I had an excellent experience at the smokehouse. They processed two dovetail brains for us, and to our surprise, it was completed a week ahead of schedule. The prices were fair, and the pfannenwurst (wild game from Norway) was absolutely delicious—great flavor! I also purchased a variety of dips and fish, all of which were fantastic.
