I had an excellent experience at the smokehouse. They processed two dovetail brains for us, and to our surprise, it was completed a week ahead of schedule. The prices were fair, and the pfannenwurst (wild game from Norway) was absolutely delicious—great flavor! I also purchased a variety of dips and fish, all of which were fantastic. Was very impressed by the variety of gourmet tasty seafood in kodiak island smokehouse today! they had tons product, beautifully displayed, and too big praise! I needed 8-10 full filets of smoked coho on the fly for a catering event and was happy to find that she was what I needed, and the quality was on the others!
I didn't have these people processing my fish so that this assessment is based on my experience with visiting their small branch. I can't say nice enough...

The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is very clean. I purchased some smoked salmon and truffle hot sauce.
