This place has the most amazing food. Went there today with my boyfriend. He ordered a burger and I ordered the salmon patty sandwich. The homemade clam chowder is incredible. This is definitely a locals hang out. The service was rather slow not a big deal we weren’t in a hurry however I felt like we were slightly being ignored because we were not local. The restaurant/bar is rather small so either make reservations or get there as soon as they open. There’s really only enough room for 12 to 15 people not including the bar area. Rondezvous is 13 miles south of Heart of Kodiak city. Local bar and grill for lunch and dinners. It offers a variety of flavors for food and Liquid courage...(local brewery has some taps here) and the chowder is rated one of the best in town. Frequented by locals and tourists alike you will find out where some of the best fishing can be had as well as a scenic drive along the Chiniak hwy. Come out and sit a spell at the Rondy...you may even get to listen to some of our very talented musicians.

Had an amazing Halibut burger and the fries were awesome. Cool place off the beaten path. I highly recommend a visit if you ever find yourself on Kodiak Island.
THE BEST clam chowder I've ever eaten! Try the salmon pasta as your side dish! Fish chips) were fresh crisp. Great service and cold beer.
Best clam chowder ever. The smoked salmon pasta is bomb. Try the halibut burger blackened. You won't be disappointed. We came here everyday for lunch when we were in town.
