I visited the restaurant based on a local recommendation for their coffee cookies. There were several young ladies working who were busy but still very pleasant and professional. The coffee cookies were amazing and reasonably priced. We would definitely return in the future, maybe even as soon as tomorrow.

We were blown away by the amazing reviews of Java Flats, so we just had to give it a try. And we were not disappointed. The sandwiches were delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the cookies were out of this world. Don't leave without trying at least one cookie - we ended up leaving with four!

Rainy day so we drove out to pasagshak point. We stopped here I got a dirty chai with C C cookie . WOW!! My friend had oatmeal raisin. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful flowers and a good talk. The girls that were working were so nice and friendly. Would definitely return if ever back in Kodiak. Whom ever the owner is Kudos to your coffee house.

Delicious fresh food with a wide variety of choices for all dietary preferences of our travel group. The cookies were enormous and amazing, glad we bought several to go because we didn’t realize they would be closed on Monday and Tuesday. So glad we found this place on the first day of our trip so we had some time to go again!

If you are looking for awesome sandwiches, great coffee, killer soup or GIANT cookies this is the place to go! Alicia and her team are super friendly and the place is busy but always inviting. The food is fresh and delicious and the cookies are to die for! If you want to take a drive and grab a bite or are on your way out the road to play stop in and grab a a treat you won’t regret it!
