**Wingsup: A Mixed Bag of Experiences** Wingsup has garnered mixed reactions from patrons, with many expressing frustration over poor communication and inconsistent service. Reports of unresponsive phone lines and long wait times marred the experience, particularly on promotional days. While some customers praised the flavorful wings, the quality of sides like wedges and onion rings fell short of expectations. Despite a few redeeming qualities, such as friendly staff and the occasional standout appetizer, the overall consensus suggests that consistency in both food quality and service remains a significant concern. Diners seeking reliable wings may need to weigh their options carefully.

We got the cheese lovers appetizer and 2lbs of wings. The appetizers were not great the especially the Mac and cheese wedges and perogies. The mozzarella sticks were quite tasty though and the portions were decent. However the wings were fantastic, they were large well cooked and we loved the uniqueness of the flavours we chose (honey garlic parmesan and Texas tequila).I would definitely order again but would probably... What Jay Home dislikes about Wings Up:
Last Saturday, July 29, 2023, was supposedly International Wing Day, and there was a promotion for 1 lb of wings for $9.99. However, none of the Wingsup locations would answer their phone. Not a single one! I decided to go there in person, but the phone was ringing constantly without any response. The Kingsway location closed at 6 PM, and the Highland location simply refused to pick up the phone. You know why? Becaus... View all feedback.

I've been here around 10 times and they've been realy consistent. The wings are good but the wedges aren't seasoned well. I'd always gotten take out and I've never seen another person in the restaurant. Also they don't have any seating area. Would honestly like to give them 5 stars but there's a few small details which prevent me from doing so. The service itself was good but I've only ever seen one person working there. Would recommend if you're looking for wild wing fast food alternatives or want to try something else besides typical fast food chains.
I ordered a wing on a bun and it was supposed to be a lunch special. However, since I didn't specify "lunch special," I was charged full price. When I asked the staff about the difference between the sandwiches, she claimed there wasn't any. She insisted that because I didn't mention "lunch special," I couldn't receive the discounted price. When my sandwich finally arrived, which I paid the full price for, it was drenched in sauce—my box was completely covered in it.
Got some XL wedges and onion rings for myself. So disappointed — wedges weren't crispy, had no seasoning, and literally no salt. They were tasteless. Plus the XL size was absolutely not worth $9.99. I could throw frozen wedges in my oven and have them come out better for a fraction of the price. The onion rings were decent, but again they really skimp with the amounts they give you. I also want to say that there's a picture in one of the reviews of some pretty good looking rings — the ones I received looked completely different. They must have changed their recipes, because I'm blown away this has a 3.8/5.Only redeeming quality was that the lady at the cash was very sweet.
Got wings here multiple times in the past few months and the food has been great everytime! Friendly staff. Would recommend.
