Was Rob Rekman at Tim Hortons a mag?
I previously rated this restaurant a 3, but it has seen significant improvement over the past year. This may be due to a combination of renovations and enhanced service, and they also seem to have a better staff-to-customer ratio than before. I’ve adjusted my rating from 5 to 4, though, solely because I discovered they have discontinued their honey mustard. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Tim Hortons:
The restaurant is very busy on weekday mornings, with the drive-thru line spilling out onto the road. At other times of the day, though, it feels like a typical Tim Hortons. View all feedback.

As a business owner who values customer service, I have certain expectations when I place an order. On June 21, I requested a specific item prepared to my liking, but the staff member in charge of food made the situation uncomfortable by consulting her colleagues about my request. This behavior felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. When I brought up my concerns about her attitude, she reacted defensively. It's evident that this employee would benefit from further training. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered problems at this establishment, and due to this experience, I have decided not to return.

The French vanilla is quite unremarkable, lacking flavor and having a watery texture. I've brought this up to them in the past, but after trying it five or six times, it still hasn't changed—it remains just as bland.

The service at this restaurant was shockingly rude and uninviting. I stood in line for five minutes, only to watch the next two customers in another line being served ahead of me. It's essential to respect customers and attend to those who arrive first. They didn't even apologize for the delay. When I requested something specific, they mistakenly gave me something entirely different. I am extremely disappointed. They could really use some training in smiling and properly greeting their customers. I will NEVER come back to this establishment.

I had another wonderful experience at Tim Hortons! It seems their festive menu is back. Here's a helpful tip: if you order a large tea instead of a medium, you'll get two tea bags due to the larger size. If you request one bag 'on the side,' you can enjoy it later or add it to your current cup for an extra boost in flavor. You're welcome! #kwawesome

I recently visited Tim Hortons for the first time, and it was more than just about the donuts (it's been a while since my last trip up north). I stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available. I even indulged in a breakfast sandwich in the afternoon, and I truly enjoyed it!
