On June 21, I requested a specific item prepared to my liking, but the staff member in charge of food made the situation uncomfortable by consulting her colleagues about my request. This behavior felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. When I brought up my concerns about her attitude, she reacted defensively. It's evident that this employee would benefit from further training. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered problems at this establishment, and due to this experience, I have decided not to return.

I stood in line for five minutes, only to watch the next two customers in another line being served ahead of me. It's essential to respect customers and attend to those who arrive first. They didn't even apologize for the delay. When I requested something specific, they mistakenly gave me something entirely different. I am extremely disappointed. They could really use some training in smiling and properly greeting their customers. I will NEVER come back to this establishment.
