Settlement Co offers a variety of coffee and brunch items in a trendy atmosphere. The decor is beautiful, but service can be slow and inattentive. Reviews on the coffee are mixed, with some finding it bitter and old-tasting, while others praise it. The food gets mixed reviews as well, with some enjoying the selection and others finding it overpriced. The friendly staff and unique atmosphere make it worth a visit, especially for young professionals and students looking for a cool spot to hang out.

Was Anonym at Settlement Co a mag?
Went for a business meeting, ordered a tea (chose the type on recommendation from the employee). Came with 3min brewing timer. Young-professional-ly/student-y atmosphere. Sat at a common table, not too noisy. Would definitely go back to get try some food. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Settlement Co:
It's one of the most beautiful coffee shops in the region. Service when I visited was rather inattentive and slow, even though 3 people were working and there was no lineup. I noticed that it not only took awhile for me to get noticed by staff, but also for those who came later. They serve toast with various toppings (rather pricey). I had the one with brie. Unfortunately, the brie wasn't melted and the bread wasn't... View all feedback.

I have mixed feelings about Settlement. On one hand, the atmosphere is top notch.

This is my favorite place to study and enjoy a cup of coffee. While their drinks may be a bit pricey, they are definitely worth it.

I thought it was a bit expensive, but I stayed for a few hours using the WiFi. The tomato hummus toast was unexpectedly spicy.

Really cool place with a great selection of brunch items and coffees. A bit pricey, but a good experience overall. I appreciated the almond milk and raw sugar substitute options.
