Never had a bad meal and we order always order their soup, It is delicious. A real family place to gather. We have meals there at least twice a month. Plenty of parking spaces.
I love the intimate decor of this restaurant. The staff are so pleasant and fast to accommodate.I had the homemade Schnitzel Sandwich. It was a nice think piece of pork with a great seasoned sauerkraut on top. A side salad finished off my plate and was really nice.
My husband and I ordered two seniors dinners. We both ordered the steak for $14.00. It was supposed to come with soup or salad. Neither option was given to us. I ordered onion soup for both. Greasy but reasonable. My steak was med rare my husband's was med well. Mine came cold the first time my husband/s still was running red by the time he was finished. Mine came with mashed??? they over cooked potatoes then mashed and fried! The steaks are not top quality beef.... surprise but cut down on the size not the quality! After serving us the waitress disappeared ... next time I saw her she was clearing the garbage from the washrooms, went to the till picked up that garbage there then went to the back. Following hand washing???? she then came to our table and said will there be anything else!!!!Not in your wildest dreams! I asked for the bill. The first thing that came up on the machine was how did I want to leave my tip. TIP!!!!! are you joking????? Needless to say another food place (I can't call it a restaurant) in KW that we won't be going back to! A waste of $31.00!
Went with a great friend of mine. Food was great, service was friendly and fast. Good value. Will go back for sure.
Some of us had breakfast food and some had lunch food. All was good, the server was friendly and competent. Even though the restaurant was busy, we weren't rushed as we have been at other places. All in all a good experience
