I had a fantastic experience dining in the private dining room. The decor was amazing, especially the feature wall. The food was delicious, with the duck rolls, kung pao chicken, wagyu beef, and tofu soup standing out as my favorites. Thank you to Sonny and Vivian for the exceptional service. Wishing you and your staff continued success.

We have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have always been impressed. The food is expertly prepared and the service is both friendly and efficient. While all the dishes we have tried have been tasty, some standout favorites include the dry chili beef, duck floss cones, beans in XO sauce, and drunken chicken. Cinnabar takes traditional Chinese dishes and elevates them to a new level. One standout dish is the pineapple sweet and sour pork, served in a half pineapple and bursting with flavor. The elegant and beautifully decorated space provides the perfect setting to savor modern, fresh flavors crafted by skilled chefs from Hong Kong. We are thrilled to have this new addition to the foreshore!

Not just the same old chinese food in a fancy place. The food was special. Handmade pancakes and noodles make such a difference. The wagyu beef was probably the best tasting beef I've ever put in my mouth. The sauces compliment and not drown out. Really good experience. Highly recommend.

All the food was tasty, with a good selection of wines, and the employees were delightful.

Dinned at Cinnabar for dinner. It was incredible! Beautiful fit out, lovely and cool, exquisite and interesting decorations/ artifacts, and most of all Wonderful food ! It was fresh, clean, very lean tender meat. The duck rolls were 'to die for '. Not too much batter at all. The sweet and sour pork came in a calved out pineapple (beautiful presentation on all means) the sauces were sharp and were not sickly sweet! I believe this was the nicest Chinese I 've had! Food was extremely fresh and came in such good time. Downside was The restaurant was really lacking in customer service for location, standard and price. Was under impression that it was fine dinning. But understand they are still training and finding their feet. Am looking forward to revisiting again soon! Recommended! Good luck!
