From the moment we walked into this welcoming and very friendly restaurant we knew we were in for a special night. My nephews 21st was a small celebration for 5 of us. Wait staff made excellent suggestions, answered all our questions and at the end of the night our nephew (2nd year apprentice chef) was able to talk to the kitchen staff about what they do and how they work. He was even offered work experience! But abo... View all feedback.
What Alysson Ondricka doesn't like about Molto Italian:
Reliably good pizza. Stick to the pizza. The mains leave something to be desired and attract a hefty price tag. The service is prickly and brief so don’t expect to be wined and dined by the staff. The Quattro cheese pizza is one of the better ones around. Avoid takeaway as the pizzas are left on top of the coffee machine while they’re waited to be picked up. You won’t have any change from a $50 here dining for two, s... View all feedback.
Best wood fire pizza I had in a really long time, these young are passionate about what they do and do an excellent work in it. in the middle dilute and with a delicious crust that cleaves all the proven almost sourded flavor and texture that cleaves an average pizza from a real pizza. make sure to check when kovid goes away or go in to take inaccessibility!
An authentic Italian menu and atmosphere. great service with a good sense for humor. definitiw the journey of cooma worth.
When I first visited canberra from melbourne, I found Molto Italian(o) with kind permission from tripadvisor, as I had no local views I could rely on. I had delivered the hankering for good handmade pasta and molto Italian(o) in this sight. when the bill arrived, the parpardelle $32 was instead of the $30 I remembered on the menu that made me the table available. I'm not in the age when memory of me fails. I check the menu at the cash desk and it reflects $32. it is a $2 difference; no big thing. but if they pay for eating in this price range, the least they can do to get their prices right and make sure they are all outdated menus. also the personal here looks miserable...read more
I was looking for a short lunch, this place looked inviting. I had her Italian sausage pizza, that was delicious and authentic. the restaurant was not so busy so that her service was super prompt and attentive. they have the wheel of the cheese that looked good, but I couldn't see that they use it. expect them to pay a little more for eating here.
Great service and friendly staff, good atmosphere. Ordered a Scampi Linguini, the flavour was a little blend and the scampi was a little soggy.
