Bui's Restaurant is understated by appearances, however you are treated by friendly and helpful staff who will offer you a variety of seating options, indoors front or back or outside at the front. The menu is simple and carries a variety of tantalising dishes from rice paper rolls to curries, stir fried and pho. I have dined in before, today I ordered takeaway Pho. The broth is very nice and has a nice fragrance, however I found the chicken quite rubbery and the no chilli's was a huge miss. It was our first visit, and the food was fantastic. Everything was fresh, and full of flavour. It's BYO and conveniently near a bottle shop, and the corkage is very reasonable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We wanted to try more dishes but needed a bigger group to help sample the other amazing dishes on offer. We'll be back for sure!
