We went by twice as were looking at the area to buy a house. The lady don’t really know if the owner or not was so kind and great sense of humour, the kids love her and when we are in kilrush the kids say eat at Kellys. No brainer, great food, people and atmosphere.

There was jus... read more We visited this restaurant tonight with my husband and sick child as we are away for a night. We were very disappointed with the service and food. There was just no atmosphere or hospitality to be honest and we really regretted having food at all here. No issues with waiting time on food or anything just food was spicy when I said I didn't want spicy chicken wings, very little in portion sizes, chwoder was bland. I ordered chicken nuggets with chips and it was food straight out of a take away. We paid €33 just last night at a most amazing restaurant near us at home and tonight we paid €35 for food nearly two hours form home which was honestly so poor in comparison. I just would not recommend it to anyone anywhere. We would actually love a refund on the meal as it was so poor an experience if that's is possible.

We decided to dine there one evening and were disappointed with the poor quality of the food. The steaks were thin like rashers, the chips were overcooked, and the pepper sauce was terrible. The service was also lacking, as the two ladies serving behind the bar were loud and unprofessional, making us feel uncomfortable. Overall, we did not enjoy our experience at Kelly's and will not be returning.

The vegetables were... read more We had a wonderful dinner in a nice, casual, and relaxed atmosphere. The onion rings were delicious, especially when paired with the sauce. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the potatoes were soft and fluffy. My partner thoroughly enjoyed the wild and fresh salmon. We also loved the coffee and ice cream.
