We noticed a surpri... read more The lighthouse path offers stunning views, and we took our time to soak in the refreshing pine-scented air, breeze, and sounds of the water. We noticed a surprising amount of litter left by previous visitors, which we took the time to collect. One thing to note is that the mattresses are quite soft; if you prefer a firm mattress, you might find them uncomfortable. Overall, the surroundings are pristine and beautiful, and the buildings have a cozy charm. I hope that as more visitors come to this area, both the owners and guests will respect the local wildlife, recognizing that we are all visitors and stewards of this beautiful place. It would be wonderful to see more landscaping focused on native plants instead of the commonly seen non-native species. The region is home to so many unique and beautiful native plants!

Atmosphere was relaxing and music was tasteful at a reasonable volume. Highly recommend.

After getting to the restaurant at 12:30pm sharp, we realized that there was no one inside and the wai... read more We had our reservation at 12pm but changed it to 12:30pm. After getting to the restaurant at 12:30pm sharp, we realized that there was no one inside and the waitress was busy doing her own work at a corner. When we told her of our reservation, she seemed quite irritated and told us to come back after 10-15mins since apparently the restaurant hasn't even opened up properly to serve the lunch menu to guests. We didn't quite get what is the world was going on there but the service was very poor from the start! Hope they fix this issue soon. Later on, as we ordered some food and asked for some basic condiments which didn't come along with the food and weren't even on the table, the waitress seemed a bit irritated. Still, walked out in the end paying a 15% tip though reluctantly. Hope the staff are trained a little better since we are paying our hard-earned money for pretty expensive food out there so at least the service should be top-notch!
