However, my wife’s Blue Hawaiian drink seemed to have very little, if any, alcohol in it—but I didn't mind. As for dietary needs, there were a couple of gluten-free options available for those who require them. I didn't see any panko on the fish, but that could have been just for this particular visit.

Stage was small and not raised for everyone to see easily for price paid for luau.Dietary restrictions: Requested gluten and dairy free option for luau. Upon arrival we found out it was buffet style, not plated. There were signs on what things were, but not ingredients or people close by the ask.
