We were recommended it by neighbours. We drive the short journey from Market Harborough and it's absolutely worth it. The food is incredible. A great selection and handsome portions. The staff are super friendly. Shout out to Leo for being so understanding when we made a confusing order. Love the place. This turns out to be a fixed men... read more I can safely say this is our first and last time we will be visiting. We were there to celebrate a birthday for their ‘buffet’. This turns out to be a fixed menu and not a buffet, so please ask for clarification on how their fixed menu/ buffet works, as this isn’t your standard buffet service. We were told our table was booked for 12:00, so arrived at the correct time. We were let in and drinks were ordered. We sat and ate prawn crackers. 12:30 came around and we were slightly confused as to why we hadn’t been served. After speaking with the staff, they said you arrived half an hour early. We explained we were told our table was at 12:00 because we had selected the ‘buffet’ option. They said that we were wrong and were exceptionally rude about this. It was our first time here. They explain the food was served from 12:30. By the time 12:45 came around and no food was served, we decided to pay for our drinks and leave. The service and explanation of expectations was rude and unclear. Thoroughly disappointed as it ruined a birthday party and what should have been a lovely day.

If you have an allergy they will just give you the dish with no seasoning of any kind and completely plain which was odd and I guess their way of saying they don't appreciate my custom. If you ask any questions they will ask if you read the information when there is not any information that is the reason your asking. Just seems like a bit of a shambles.
