I met a friend for coffee who I hadn’t seen for a while. I waited in the car park for her then we spent a while chatting and buying overpriced drinks. We saw or heard nothing about parking limits, to find we have been slapped with £100 fine. This is crazy, come on Starbucks, get this sorted out!

I will never visit this chain of coffee houses again if this is how they treat their customers.
