We have been here many times over the p... read more We recently visited this restaurant, now under new management, and were very impressed with the 5-star service and food. We have been here many times over the past few years, but this visit was by far the most delicious and enjoyable. The new owners and kitchen staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We went with a group of friends (4 adults and 3 teenagers) and were seated promptly. We decided to try the special steak night menu, which included 2 steaks, chips, and a bottle of wine for £30. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the Dexter meat was the best we've ever had. Our waitress was very attentive and the desserts were also scrumptious. We are looking forward to returning for Sunday dinner. On our second visit, we tried the pie night and were once again impressed with the delicious meal. The steak and ale pie, haggis and lamb pie, and wild mushroom pie for the veggie option were all tried at our table and all were very tasty. The atmosphere was cozy with a roaring fire and the chef owners truly produce wonderful food. We highly recommend visiting this bistro in Grafton Underwood. We can't wait to go back again. The dish was well-portioned with its own sections for different types of fish. The omelette and steak sandwich also received high praise from the other diners at my table.

The food was the best we had tried in a long time, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere and environment were beautiful.
