Nestled in Kettering, this traditional Chinese restaurant is a mixed bag for diners. While many rave about the exceptional buffet, especially on weekends, others have expressed disappointment with the a la carte options. Complaints range from small portion sizes and missing orders to uninviting cold interiors. However, there are positive notes about the friendly staff and the delicious, spicy dishes served. For those seeking a casual atmosphere with good value, the lunch buffet remains a highlight. Patrons are divided, making it essential to choose wisely—opting for the buffet may prove to be the best bet for a satisfying meal.

The food here is amazing, and we always choose to dine at the buffet, usually on Saturdays or Sundays. The Sunday buffet is particularly outstanding. One time, we tried the a la carte option and were pleasantly surprised to find that the dining experience was even better than the buffet. We have found our hidden gem. View all feedback.
What Kay B dislikes about Lee Garden:
After ordering delivery from this restaurant, we were greatly dissatisfied with the food quality. The duck in plum sauce, priced at £9.30, consisted of mostly scraps with minimal meat. The sweet and sour chicken, priced at £8, had tough pieces that seemed to be mostly filler rather than chicken. The food at this restaurant is incredible and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The dishes are really delicious with lots of options to choose from, and the set price for all you can eat is a great deal. A buffet style meal at a great price.
I went to the restaurant on a Saturday night, and it was not very busy. We were a group of 12 people and the waiter took the drink order but never came back to finish it. When we finally received our food, it was not all there and when we asked the waiter about it, they were unapologetic. The service was awful, the food was mediocre, and the waitress was rude. I used to enjoy this restaurant in the past, but I will not be returning due to this experience. I would advise others to avoid this place as well.

We went here as a family just after Christmas, yes the food was lovely and the place itself is lovely, however a few portions of food didn't show up which were swapped with extra portions of chips. Then lastly we because my brother is allergic to milk we asked if we could get a banana fritter which they said would take 40 minutes, so we asked is we could just get a chopped up banana which they then charged us £6 7 for! The bill itself came to over £100 and overall we were not impressed this place should stick to the lunch buffet rather then trying to use the menus.
