Best place for a drink in Ketchikan plus the food is worth a lunch off the cruise ship. You walk in and instantly feel like you are best friends with the bartender. A must visit during a cruise ship stop. View all feedback.
Large selection of design beer for only $3,50 a pint.
$3,50 taps.............you pay more for a bud light in a tourist trap. This place is amazing. The only mistake is that it is not bigger to accommodate more people, because everyone will recommend this place after the visit.
Choose from 48 kind of beer, lobe this plase so much
This bar is located right across the street from the Arctic Bar, and we were pleased to discover that all of their Alaskan craft beers were priced at $3.50. We thought that was a great value for the variety of beers that they had on tap. There are two outside seating areas in addition to the indoor seating. The outdoor patio was filled up when we arrived so we went upstairs to their covered deck and mostly had the place to ourselves. I would definitely return to this place.
We stopped in because they advertised $3.50 pints, and they had a smoker fired up... a great combination! Turns out they were getting ready for their annual luau, with a full pig roast. Our dog was with us and the owner came out with treats for the pup. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we could tell this place was truly a local hangout once the cruise ship left town. Food and drink were great, and the people we met made our afternoon there one of our favorite days in southeast Alaska.
